Phantom Dragon Entertainment was founded in 2009 by Richard O’Jeda. Richard started his career in 2009. He started DJing for his client that worked for a big law enforcement agency. I have DJed for law enforcement special Olympics torch run to National Night Out Against Crime in different cities in Broward County. Richard then invested into the company more to host bigger events like Davie/Cooper Relay for Life and different city events.
